Fujairah Partnership for Innovation

The Fujairah Science Club and the Fujairah Government Human Resources Department have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the foundation for a dynamic partnership that strengthens institutional collaboration, supports innovation, and advances community development in the Emirate of Fujairah.

The signing ceremony, held at the Human Resources Department headquarters, brought together representatives from both sides. The MoU was signed by H.E. Dr Saif Mohammed Obaid Al-Muaili, Director of the Fujairah Science Club, and H.E. Mohammed Khalifa Al-Zeyoudi, Director of the Human Resources Department.

This strategic agreement reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to:

• Integrate resources, expertise, and professional competencies.
• Promote innovation, research, and future skills development.
• Exchange knowledge, institutional expertise, and research insights.
• Organise joint visits, events, and initiatives that serve society.

Both parties emphasised the importance of transforming the MoU into practical projects that leverage the scientific and technical strengths of the Fujairah Science Club alongside the institutional expertise of the Human Resources Department.

“This memorandum represents a significant step towards expanding institutional cooperation and opening new horizons for employing science, innovation, and technology to support development and serve the community,” said Dr Saif Mohammed Obaid Al-Muaili.

Mohammed Khalifa Al-Zeyoudi highlighted that effective partnerships with specialised institutions are key to developing innovative solutions, enhancing the work environment, and investing in talent and skills in line with Fujairah’s vision for institutional excellence.

This collaboration marks a forward-looking step in building a flexible, innovation-driven institutional environment, capable of adapting to future transformations and delivering sustainable impact for the Emirate of Fujairah and its community.
