Dear Friends,
On behalf of the MILSET Journal of Science Engagement (JOSE) Editorial Board, I am pleased to invite you to submit articles for the upcoming 7th issue of JOSE. The theme for this edition is: "STEAM Activities in the New Normal: Real, Virtual, Remote".
We welcome article submissions for the following two sections:
1. Best Practice
This primary section of JOSE focuses on methods for promoting science engagement. Here, we publish various types of content, including articles from MILSET-affiliated organizations, reports from MILSET conferences, interviews, descriptions of MILSET educational events and programs, and other resources valuable to those working in youth science education.
2. STEAM Focus
This section is dedicated to the popularization of specific scientific topics. It can feature interviews with scientists and educators, lesson plans, and descriptions of science experiments.
Technical Requirements:
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Length: 1-5 pages in English, Times New Roman, font size 14
- Images: 2-4 high-resolution JPG or PNG images, each with a number and title
Each article should include:
- Annotation: A 3-4 sentence summary and 7-10 keywords.
- Main Text: Focused on:
- Actions, strategies, and technologies used to adapt events and programs to the new digital landscape.
- An analysis of the advantages and challenges of these new formats.
We believe your contributions will enrich the knowledge and experience of the MILSET community. Your insights could be invaluable to many individuals and organizations globally involved in youth STEAM education.
