The Best Delegation Award is presented, during the MILSET Expo-sciences International, to a delegation participating to the current ESI. This award should recognize, among other qualities of the delegation, their exemplary behaviourand their openness toward other cultures.
Details
Criteria
- The organisation must be a MILSET member.
- The organisation is not hosting the event.
- In the case of an equal evaluation between two organisations for obtaining the award, the one who has never received it will be the winner.
Qualities
The jury bases its decision on the observed behaviour of the participants, supervisors and delegation leaders. In particular the jury focuses on qualities such as:
- Exemplary behaviour;
- Openness;
- Helpfulness;
- Interactivity;
- Participation.
Award
- The organisation receives a trophy and a certificate at the ESI Closing Ceremony.
Procedures
- Jury of five (5) persons chaired by a MILSET Executive Committee member.
- Approval of the awardee by the MILSET Executive Committee.
