MILSET President Mr Roberto Hidalgo and Mr Eugenio Urrutia Vice-Principal of UPAEP welcomed MILSET General Secretary Mrs Carole Charlebois. She visited the Popular State University of Puebla in Mexico UPAEP and The National Network in Science and Technology RED to start working on the preparation of MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2021.
