The Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla in Mexico - UPAEP successfully launched AZTECHSAT-1 a nanosatellite built by students, teachers and scientists in collaboration with UPAEP and NASA. Mr Eugenio Urrutia, MILSET Special Advisor is part of this astonishing project.
