MILSET Leaders Congress Sparks Global Collaboration at ESI 2025

The MILSET Leaders Congress (LC) brought together representatives from around the world during the MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2025, creating a dynamic space for dialogue, collaboration, and strategic thinking within the global MILSET community.

Designed as a platform for member organizations to share experiences and exchange ideas, the Congress focused on Strategic Goal 2: Building Youth STEAM Communities. The sessions highlighted initiatives that connect and engage young people in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through the growing MILSET network.

Through networking sessions and an interactive discussion panel, participants explored best practices for youth engagement, presented innovative programs, and discussed new opportunities for partnership. These exchanges encouraged leaders to strengthen cooperation and develop initiatives that will expand opportunities for young innovators worldwide.

The programme featured structured roundtable networking sessions, where leaders introduced their projects and explored potential collaborations, followed by a panel discussion on strategies to connect youth through digital platforms and international networks.

A total of 45 leaders from 19 countries participated in the Congress, including representatives from Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Iran, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

The Leaders Congress once again demonstrated the strength of the MILSET community, reinforcing its shared commitment to empowering young people and building vibrant STEAM communities across the globe.
